Perks of this place
Right off 101, very easy to get to
Decent sized parking lot
Awesome views
We really liked this park. We did the Johnson Ranch Loop, which was about 3.5 miles and 400ft of elevation. Paths wind through some great scenery, lots of switchbacks and gradual inclines/declines.
Downsides of this place
Paths are very narrow for a lot of the loop we did. If your dog is leash reactive or has a hard time on leash around other dogs, this might not be the place for you. Kenga can have a very hard time around other dogs while on leash, so we had to find good spots to stand aside and let other pups pass
